Privacy & account terms.

We collect the contact details, vehicle information, messages and files you provide to handle inquiries, preliminary appraisals, consignment discussions and service requests. Your account records are visible to you and authorized R Automotive staff.

Your choices.

Marketing email is optional. Change your preference in your account at any time. Transactional updates about your requests appear in your account and may also be sent by email. Contact Renzo at lorenzoghernando@gmail.com for data access, correction, account closure or deletion requests.

Estimates & consignment.

Appraisals are indicative, not binding offers or guarantees. Inspection, condition, documents and market review determine the final offer. A submission does not transfer ownership or create a consignment agreement. Marketing permissions, fees, duration and sale terms must be agreed separately.

Service requests.

Requests do not confirm an appointment, insurance cover or government processing outcome. Renzo will confirm scope, price and scheduling. External Google, Facebook and Instagram services apply their own privacy policies.

Security & retention.

Files are stored privately; account access uses protected sessions. Records are retained for the active request and applicable business obligations. Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive documents. This MVP notice should be reviewed by the business owner before public launch.
